Downtempo rhythms, atmospheric soundscapes, chilled grooves and odd time-signatures.

I wanted to visit my roots as a musician with this EP. When I started making electronic music, a computer was not part of my setup. Only hardware, namely Roland's MC-303 synth / drum machine.

Now I wanted to use a similar workflow, so I composed all the tracks with my Roland MC-505 (also used Waldorf Rocket for the basslines) and recorded the audio to Logic for further processing and mastering. As a result, this EP is made (almost) exclusively with hardware synths & effects.
